For those looking to elevate the experience, there is also the option to add Oysters Rockefeller or a selection from our cheese trolley.

The Easter lunch is available at the Brasserie for both lunch and dinner throughout the entire Easter period.

 

 

Lumpfish roe with quail egg, lightly whipped fraiche on toast Melba, and spring herbs.
Pickled white asparagus from Loire, crisp new radishes & soured cream infused with wild garlic oil.

Slow-roasted leg of lamb with herbes de Provence, glazed with honey and white wine gastrique, served with French green asparagus from Jérôme Galis, pommes rissolées, stuffed morel & lamb jus.

Basque cheesecake with a variation of the first delicate rhubarb of the season.
