Asparagus menu in the Brasserie

Spring is peak season for fresh, crisp asparagus – and we’re celebrating with a special menu where this delicate vegetable takes center stage. Here, we honour the refined taste and elegant character of asparagus – served in the atmospheric surroundings of Gl. Skagen. Every detail has been carefully considered, and each dish is crafted with respect for both the ingredient and the season.

Whether you prefer green or white asparagus, the menu offers a springtime experience that is both flavourful and full of finesse.

 

The menu is served in the Brasserie from Thursday to Saturday for both lunch and dinner throughout April – except during Easter, when we instead offer a traditional Easter lunch – read more here.
