Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the high quality and freshness of all ingredients.
- Contributing to the development of new, innovative dishes.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef on menu planning and daily operations.
- Helping lead and motivate the kitchen staff.

- You are a trained chef with several years of experience and a strong team player.
- You are willing to relocate to Skagen or the surrounding area for at least two years.
- You are prepared to work in an environment where the summer months are intense, while the winter season offers a calmer and more reflective period.
