Ruths Brasserie is fully booked every weekend throughout the year, and during the summer season, our iconic terrace becomes exceptionally busy.

- You have completed the basic training and have a genuine interest in high-level food and wine.
- You are punctual, welcoming, and maintain a positive attitude.
- You are service-minded and responsible, able to remain composed even in high-pressure situations.
