We are looking for a dedicated deputy manager, as a key part of the management in Okê. Preferably a skilled chef who must help ensure both quality and efficiency in the ambitious gourmet kitchen.

Job description
As sous chef at Okê, you will play a central role in the kitchen. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our ingredients and the development of creative dishes in close collaboration with our head chef. We have great ambitions to create a strong and innovative team that can take Okê to new heights.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure high quality and freshness of all raw materials.
- Contribute to the development of new, innovative dishes.
- Work closely with the head chef on menu planning and daily operations.
- Help lead and motivate the kitchen staff.
