About the position:
As part of the dedicated waiter team at Ruths Hotel, you are tasked with creating the best conditions for all guests to have a five-star experience. Our critically acclaimed gourmet restaurant Okê delivers a consistently high level, both in terms of gastronomy and service. In our classic French brasserie, the pace is fast with a constant focus on delivering the quality experience that guests expect. In Ruth’s Brasserie there is a full house every weekend all year round, and in the summer season our iconic terrace is also extraordinarily busy.
Our expectations to you:
- You have checked the dining card, you are interested in wines and their background.
- You are focused on giving your guests the absolute best experience.
- You welcome your guests, are focused, and talk about the menus, the wines, the surroundings, the stories and everything else that helps make the guests’ stay something very special.
- You have a natural ability to pay attention to your colleagues and follow the flow of the kitchen at the same time as paying attention to your guests.
- You have worked as a waiter in the industry and are interested in gastronomy, wine and other of the latest trends and directions in the field.
- You are professional, focused and relaxed in a way that makes it easy for others to work with you and easy for guests to connect with you.
