Your primary responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answering phone calls and emails, as well as managing guest inquiries.
• Processing reservations and handling bookings.
• Providing guidance on the hotel’s facilities and local attractions.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We imagine that you:

• Have experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Are outgoing, friendly, and naturally service-minded.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and have a structured approach to your work.
• Speak and write fluent Danish and English.
• Have strong digital skills and are comfortable using modern IT systems.
