Your primary responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answering phone calls and emails, as well as managing guest inquiries.
- Processing reservations and handling bookings.
- Providing guidance on the hotel’s facilities and local attractions.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
We imagine that you:
- Have experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Are outgoing, friendly, and naturally service-minded.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and have a structured approach to your work.
- Speak and write fluent Danish and English.
- Have strong digital skills and are comfortable using modern IT systems.
