At Ruths Hotel we run our gourmet restaurant Okê as well as our French-inspired brasserie.
Okê consistently delivers a high level, both in terms of gastronomy and service. Ruths Brasserie is our classic French brasserie, where the pace is fast with a constant focus on delivering the quality experience that guests expect. Here there is a full house every weekend all year round. In the summer season, our iconic terrace is also extraordinarily busy.
Ruths Hotel employs around 45 employees on a year-round basis, but in July we are close to 100 employees, many of whom return year after year.
We are looking for an ambitious sous chef for our gourmet restaurant, whom is highly motivated to lift the gastronomic experience to a new level.

We are looking to strengthen our bakery department, and in this regard, we are searching for a colleague with a great passion for baking and pastry arts.
