We are looking for a skilled and dedicated technical employee for a full-time position at Ruths Hotel
At Ruths Hotel, we are committed to delivering quality in every aspect – which requires continuous maintenance and development. We are now looking for a technical employee who, together with the rest of our team, will ensure that our facilities and technical systems operate at their best.
Your main tasks:
- Ongoing maintenance of the hotel's buildings, rooms, and outdoor areas
- Minor repairs and handyman tasks
- Painting and gardening work
- Technical support and troubleshooting of hotel facilities
What we expect from you:
- A technical or craftsmanship background or experience in maintenance work
- A structured and independent work approach, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and an understanding of the importance of being available for urgent issues
- Ability to thrive in a varied work environment with high standards year-round
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, but since July is peak season, vacations cannot be taken during this month. Additionally, you should expect to work some Saturdays, which will be rotated among team members.
