Ruths Brasserie offers an exquisite lobster menu featuring delicious lobsters from Venø.

 

Deep beneath the surface of Limfjorden, the Danish black lobster has spent the
summer in peace, protected during its spawning season to ensure the optimal flavor
and texture. Now, after months of growth and maturation, these lobsters are ready
to become part of an unforgettable culinary experience at Ruths Hotel.

Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday until the end of November, we invite
you to savor this exclusive delicacy. Our carefully selected lobsters, weighing
500-600 grams, are the centerpiece of an elegant 4-course menu, offering a
variety of lobster preparations.
