To strengthen our ability to consistently fine-tune our service level, we are looking for a charismatic Restaurant Manager with a strong sense of overview, decision-making skills, and an eye for detail and quality. As Restaurant Manager, you will carry the ultimate responsibility for delivering the best possible experience to the hotel’s guests in close collaboration with your team. You are driven by a five-star service approach that you’re eager to pass on, and you love creating the best conditions and experiences for both guests and staff.
In our award-winning gourmet restaurant Okê, the ambitions are sky-high, and there is no compromise in the level of gastronomy and service. Our French-inspired brasserie has, for over 20 years, been characterized by a lively atmosphere where authenticity and, above all, flavor quality are always in focus. Ruths Brasserie has a full house every weekend throughout the year, and our iconic terrace is exceptionally busy during the summer season.
Our Expectations for You:
- You live in Northern Jutland or are willing to relocate here.
- You maintain and establish supplier agreements in line with calculations and budget.
- You can create shift schedules in accordance with agreements.
- You are a leading figure and a consistent part of the service execution alongside your team.
- You have the ability to conduct courses and events with a focus on guest experiences.
- You work on constant development and quality assurance of both the product and employees.
- You work independently with a natural ability to inspire your team.
- Additionally, it is crucial that you work with a smile, ensuring that every guest and employee feels both welcome and well-informed.
- A natural ability to network and build relationships is equally essential.
- A common feature of both Okê and our brasserie is the guests' demand for top-quality wine, making an interest in wine selection and development important.

About Us
Ruths Hotel is a well-established business with proper working conditions and a respectful tone. Additionally, we offer good pay and working conditions. We are a close-knit team of year-round and seasonal employees, including experienced, trained servers and skilled summer helpers. In summer, we have over 110 employees; in winter, around 70. We work efficiently, enjoy each other’s company, and everyone helps everyone, regardless of their area of expertise or experience.
