free-range ducks, stuffed with apples and prunes that impart a wonderful

crafted duck gravy, both caramelized and boiled potatoes, and Jack Cramer's
own pickled red cabbage. In short, everything needed to complete a
true Christmas dinner.

No Christmas Eve is complete without a sweet ending, and our
risalamande is an experience in itself. Made with Polynesian vanilla
and roasted almonds, it is, of course, served with the classic
cherry sauce that ties the flavors together beautifully.
