plates with sun-ripened fruits and vegetables, both fresh and carefully preserved
or fermented, allowing us to capture and intensify the flavors of the season.

Our summer menu is entirely vegetarian, where the vegetables
are no longer a supporting act but stand as the very heart of the meal.
It’s all about elevating the potential of the vegetables and creating a pure
taste experience that highlights summer’s bounty – each bite is a tribute to the
